MEs Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) set forth the conditions for use of the service (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). All users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) must agree to these Terms and use the Service in accordance with the provisions hereof. Use of the Service shall be deemed as agreement to these Terms.
If a User is a minor, they must obtain prior consent from a parent or legal guardian before agreeing to these Terms. Consent by a minor shall be deemed to have been granted with the approval of their legal representative.
Article 1 (Purpose)
The Service utilizes 3D/VR technologies to provide immersive content experiences. As this is a beta version in development, the Company may request feedback from Users for improvements and optimization.
Article 2 (Provision of Service)
- The Service will be provided to Users for a period specified by the Company.
- As a beta version, the Service may be changed or terminated at any time without prior notice at the discretion of the Company. Such notices will be made through the Service.
- The Company may take any necessary measures to protect its interests or those of third parties. Even if such measures cause Users to incur damage or lose access to paid content or services, the Company bears no liability for compensation or reimbursement.
- If a User engages in actions that may harm the interests of the Company or third parties—such as negative campaigns or racist or socially disruptive conduct—the User must, at the Company’s request, take all necessary measures to prevent or remedy any resulting or potential harm and compensate affected parties.
Article 3 (Feedback)
- If the Company requests feedback regarding the use of the Service, Users shall respond accordingly. The method, period, and scope of such requests are determined at the Company’s discretion. Users agree that feedback provided may be used in part or in whole without compensation.
- The Company or a third party may monitor and record User activity within the Service, restrict access or features, and limit actions within the 3D/VR space.
Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)
- Users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms and must not cause inconvenience to other Users.
- Users are prohibited from:
- Infringing upon intellectual property or other rights of the Company or third parties
- Defaming or unfairly discriminating against others
- Causing economic damage to the Company or others
- Threatening behavior
- Using viruses or harmful programs
- Disrupting Service operations
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or analyzing Service code or data
- Collecting or misusing other Users' personal information
- Any other behavior deemed inappropriate by the Company
